What could be improved is the time the waiting. I was told to go to major life, they did ECG then moved me to majors. Was left alone for over an hour. No body told me anything. Then all of a sudden, someone came to see me to take my blood pressure, then to ambulatory care.

The midwives extremely helpful in every way. They really looked after me as a patient and my family too.
Every single procedure/step involved in my delivery process was well explained. They understood my need as a patient and made sure that they were met.
